Chef Jason Botterill joined the team at TAROCCO in 2023. His resume includes Chez Panisse, The River Cafe, private cheffing, and cooking throughout Italy and Spain.
Jason specializes in building masterful menus, cooking with seasonality, functional kitchen design, kitchen operations, and creating systems- but it is his remarkable ability to identify flaws and correct them that sets him apart from the crowd.
